Northern India Textile Mills' Association (NITMA) is an association of Textile Mills located in Northern India and was established in the year 1958. It is a registered under Societies Act XX1 of 1860 and is a non profit making body solely engaged in helping promote the interest of India's Textile Industry particularly in the northern part of the country covering states like J&K, Punjab , Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, U.P. and Madhya Pradesh.

Today 75 textile mills are direct members of NITMA and more than 30 textile mills are affiliate members of the association. Directly and indirectly NITMA represents more than 100 textile mills of Northern India. Some of our members in fact are Asia's largest textile conglomerates. Most of NITMA members are spinning mills whereas some are composite textile mills.
 
NITMA represents India's 20% textile production capacity.
